Access Reviews Console

Access Reviews (Certification campaigns) allow organizations to periodically verify that users still need the access they have.

Campaign Configuration​

  • Scope: Which users? (All users, Guest users, specific Group).
  • Resource: Which access? (All access, specific App, specific Role).
  • Reviewer: Who reviews? (Self, Manager, Resource Owner).
  • Frequency: Quarterly, Semi-annually, etc.

Review Process​

  1. Reviewers receive a notification.
  2. They log in to the Review Portal.
  3. For each user, they choose Approve (keep access) or Revoke (remove access).
  4. At the end of the campaign, revoked access is automatically removed.
