Global Search

Global search lets admins find any governed object — identities, entitlements, applications, roles, access requests — from one search surface, and save common queries for reuse.

Concepts

• Unified search — a single query spans multiple object types and returns typed results.
• Saved search — a named, reusable query (e.g. "external users with admin roles") an admin can rerun or share.
• Drill-through — results link directly to the object's management page.

How it works

A query is evaluated across the indexed object types; results are grouped by type with the most relevant first. Saved searches persist the query so recurring investigations (audits, incident response) are one click away.

Typical use

1. /admin/search → type a query (name, email, entitlement, app, etc.).
2. Open a result to manage the object, or save the query for later.
