External Identity Providers Console

External Identity Providers allow users to sign in using their existing credentials from other systems, such as Google, Microsoft Entra ID, or corporate Active Directory.

Managing Providers​

From the Services > External Identity Providers page, you can:

  • Add Provider: Connect a new identity source.
  • Enable/Disable: Toggle availability of a provider.
  • Prioritize: Reorder providers for the login screen.

Discovery and Routing​

External IDPs are often used in conjunction with Domain Mappings to automatically route users based on their email domain.
