Beyond the core console, nexusID has two focused workspaces: Agent Governance (managing non-human identities — service accounts, bots, AI agents — the "users" that aren't people) and Ticketing (raising and tracking IT tickets tied to identity events).
Step-by-step
1. Agent Governance
Service accounts, API keys, managed identities and bots are real "identities" too — and often the riskiest. Agent Governance gives them a home to be discovered and overseen.

2. Ticketing
Identity events can raise tickets; this console tracks them. (Tickets live in your connected ticketing system — Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk.)
